We’re on the lookout for a passionate and proactive Manager, Maintenance and Grounds to join our team. This role is more than just facilities management — it’s about creating safe, beautiful, and functional spaces where our residents can truly thrive.

What You’ll Do:

• Lead with Impact: Provide day-to-day leadership and support to our maintenance and grounds teams, empowering them to deliver high-quality, responsive service.
• Plan for Success: Coordinate preventative and reactive maintenance to extend asset life and ensure full compliance with legislative requirements.
• Elevate Our Sites: Oversee grounds presentation and manage external contractors to enhance the appearance and safety of our properties.
• Drive Improvement: Champion continuous improvement by optimising systems, enhancing reporting, and embedding a strong safety culture.
• Collaborate and Connect: Build strong working relationships with site managers, contractors, and internal teams to ensure seamless coordination and problem-solving.

What You’ll Bring

• A trade qualification or equivalent experience in a maintenance or facilities role, with proven leadership skills.
• A strong understanding of WHS and compliance standards.
• Experience in leading multi-site teams, ideally in aged care, health, or a similar environment.
• Proven ability to lead and motivate diverse trade and groundskeeping teams across multiple sites.
• The ability to plan and manage preventative and reactive maintenance.
• Skills in managing budgets, procurement, and reporting.

Special Requirements

• This is a NDIS risk-assessed role – a current NDIS Worker Screening Clearance is required.

• A current Australian driver’s licence and a willingness to travel between sites across South Australia and Victoria, as required.

The successful candidate will have access to a fleet vehicle for work related travel.
