We’re seeking an experienced, energetic and relationship-focused Business Development Manager to drive our next stage of growth and build strong connections with our community, referrers, and partners.

What You’ll Do

Identify and build new referral pathways across the disability and allied health sector (NDIS, private, schools, GPs, plan managers, support coordinators)

Develop and execute strategies to increase client intake and service utilisation

Strengthen and maintain relationships with existing partners and stakeholders

Represent Lyft SA at networking events, expos and community forums

Monitor and report on growth metrics and market trends

Collaborate closely with the leadership team on branding, marketing and business growth initiatives

What You’ll Bring

Strong background in business development, relationship management or community engagement (NDIS or allied health sector experience highly regarded)

Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills

Self-motivated, proactive and results-driven approach

Ability to work both independently and as part of a collaborative team

Passion for improving access to quality services for people with disability
