About the role

As a Business Development Manager at Distinct Painters', you will be responsible for driving new business growth and expanding the company's client portfolio. In this full-time position based in Adelaide, SA 5000, you will play a crucial role in shaping the future success of the company by identifying and securing new business opportunities.

What you'll be doing

Proactively prospecting and generating leads to expand Distinct Painters' client base

Developing and implementing effective sales strategies to win new business

Building and maintaining strong relationships with potential and existing clients

Negotiating and closing sales deals to achieve revenue targets

Collaborating with the marketing team to create and deliver compelling proposals

Identifying and pursuing new markets and sectors for growth

Providing regular reporting and analysis on sales activities and performance

What we're looking for

Proven track record in new business development, preferably within the sales or marketing industry

Australian work authorisation is required for this position

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build strong relationships with clients

Demonstrated ability to identify and capitalise on new business opportunities

Strong negotiation and closing skills to secure new business deals

Proficient in using CRM systems and data analytics to support sales activities

Passionate about delivering exceptional customer service

Degree in Business, Marketing or a related field would be an advantage
