Our client, a leading plastics contract manufacturing company located in the vibrant South Eastern suburbs of Melbourne, is seeking a dedicated QC Technician to join their team. As a key player in our eco-friendly mission to recycle and reuse resources, you will play a crucial role in ensuring production processes run smoothly. From conducting physical QC tests to maintaining strict GMP standards, this role offers a dynamic and rewarding opportunity with the potential for permanent placement.

About the company:

• Our client is a well-known plastics contract manufacturing company with an aim to reduce waste by recycling and reusing resources.
• This company is located in the South Eastern suburbs of Melbourne.
• Monday to Friday
• Start on day shift (7am-3pm) for training, and move onto night shift (11pm-7am)
• Ongoing contract with potential to go permanent

About the role:

• Perform routine physical QC testing and visual inspections to guarantee product quality
• Maintain and uphold GMP standards within the production area
• Review, update, and develop relevant documentation as necessary
• Collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders to drive operational excellence

About you:

• To be successful for this role you will have experince as a porduction/manufacturing operator with a strong background in plastics
• Ideal to have a tertiary degree in science, majoring in Chemistry
• Similar manufacturing experience would be ideal
• You will be a driven, quality focussed individual who is eager to learn.
• Proactive attitude
• Great communication skills
• Graduates are highly encouraged to apply
