Currently we are providing big screen LEDs for events and we are at the begining of make our offering complete with a lighting package. We need you to run the events for us on a case by case basis. You'll be working alongside a passionate, skilled team, delivering world-class experiences across some of the most premium venues in the industry.

About the Role

This hands-on role is perfect for an AV/Lighting technician who thrives on pushing creative and technical boundaries. You'll lead the installation, operation, and removal of AV setups and confidently deliver shows of all scales — from small corporate functions to large-scale productions.

As a key player in the success of each event, you'll collaborate with clients, venue staff, freelancers, and internal teams to ensure seamless execution, outstanding service, and show-stopping results.

What You'll Bring

Proven experience in lighting programming, and video system setups for live events

Minimum 3-4 years of experience in lighting and video system setups for live events

Strong technical expertise in: lighting control systems like GrandMa,... (programming experience is a must)

Hybrid & Virtual event delivery experience

Familiarity with scenic setups: drapes, stage skirts, truss borders

Client-facing communication and problem-solving skills

High attention to detail, and calm under pressure

A polished, professional presentation with a customer-first mindset

Flexibility for after-hours, weekend work, and occasional travel

Rigger's Ticket (highly desirable)
