About the Role

We’re seeking an experienced IT Field Technician to provide on-site end user support in Essendon Fields. This role will see you troubleshooting and maintaining desktops, laptops, printers, and core applications including Windows 10/11 and Microsoft Office.

Key Responsibilities

Provide on-site and remote support for desktops, laptops, printers, and peripherals

Install, configure, and troubleshoot Windows 10/11 and Microsoft Office

Perform hardware diagnostics, repairs, and upgrades

Work with IT teams to resolve complex issues

Deliver professional, customer-focused support to end users

About You

3+ years in a desktop support or field technician role

Strong technical knowledge of Windows 10/11 and Microsoft Office

Confident with hardware repairs and troubleshooting

Excellent communication and customer service skills

Able to work independently and manage your time effectively

Relevant certifications highly regarded
