Our small but experienced team works closely with architects, consultants, and clients to deliver beautiful, custom homes. We pride ourselves on clear communication, exceptional attention to detail, and maintaining a positive, supportive team culture.

The Role

We’re looking for a reliable, capable Estimator / Contract Administrator to join our close-knit team. You’ll be working closely with the Director, Admin, and Foremen across 5–6 live jobs, and will play a key role in securing future projects while maintaining quality and financial control on current ones. This role suits someone who is confident, organised, and genuinely enjoys being across the detail—without needing to reinvent the wheel every time.

You’ll manage the tendering and estimating process from start to finish, while also supporting contract administration tasks such as preparing client documentation, variation pricing, and assisting with project claims.

What You’ll Need to Bring

Solid estimating and contract admin experience within residential construction.

3–5+ years in a similar role for a residential builder.

Strong understanding of construction processes, sequencing, materials and terminology.

Ability to read and interpret architectural plans and resolve scope queries.

Attention to detail and a calm, solutions-focused mindset.

Good communicator with confidence to liaise directly with builders, clients, and consultants.

Ability to prepare budgets, cost plans, and tender submissions accurately and efficiently.

A working knowledge of Cubit software is highly desirable.

Confidence in Excel and general software use.
