The Role

We’re hiring a Marketing Executive to join us at an exciting stage of growth. This is a hands-on, multi-disciplinary role where you’ll work across marketing operations, lead generation, brand building, and digital campaigns. You’ll get exposure to every facet of marketing & business development, while working directly with senior leadership.

Responsibilities

HubSpot & Automation: Own workflows, reporting, automation, and database hygiene to keep our marketing engine sharp.

Lead Generation: Coordinate campaigns, nurture sequences, and outbound activities to drive pipeline growth.

Content & Copywriting: Craft engaging emails, landing pages, and thought leadership that cut through.

Sales Enablement: Create and polish client-facing decks, one-pagers, and other sales collateral.

Digital Marketing: Manage SEO/SEM, optimise web presence, and oversee paid campaigns.

Campaign Execution: Deliver multi-channel campaigns (social, email, content, search) end-to-end.

Analytics & Insights: Track KPIs, report on ROI, and feed insights back into strategy.

Who You Are

Early in your marketing career (1–3 years’ experience or exceptional graduate).

Ambitious — you aspire to be a future CMO of a global company.

Strong writing skills with an eye for design and storytelling.

Comfortable with tools like HubSpot, Google Ads, SEO tools, Canva/Adobe, and presentation software.
