As we enter an exciting growth phase, we're looking for a Marketing Assistant to help amplify our momentum and bring our exceptional brands to life. You'll support and execute creative, multi-channel campaigns and events tailored to the dynamic liquor and wholesale space. This part-time role ( 3 days a week) offers hands-on experience in digital marketing, content creation, and brand storytelling—along with the flexibility to grow your career in a fast-paced, flavour-filled industry.
Key Responsibilities:
Campaign Execution: Assist in delivering compelling content across digital, print, and sales channels
Digital Content: Manage updates to digital platforms and develop campaigns aligned with brand strategy
Social Media Management: Plan, schedule, and monitor social media activity; track engagement and report on performance
Content Consistency: Ensure messaging is accurate, clear, and consistently on-brand across all platforms with strong attention to detail
Relationship Management: Collaborate with external partners to source assets and build rich, informative product content files
Performance Analysis: Capture campaign outcomes and provide actionable insights to guide strategic improvements
Administrative Support: Maintain databases and assist with budget tracking and reporting for the broader team
Strategic Projects: Contribute to and take ownership of special initiatives and projects where possible
About you:
Required:
Experience in the Liquor, FMCG, or Hospitality Sector – Familiarity with industry dynamics and product categories
Candidates must have experience in at least two of the following sectors: Liquor, FMCG, or Hospitality
Foundational Marketing Experience – Minimum 1-2 years hands-on exposure to marketing tools, campaigns, or content creation
Strong Communication Skills – Clear, confident writing and verbal communication tailored to B2B audiences
Digital Savvy – Comfortable using social media, email platforms, Adobe suite and scheduling tools
Intermediate proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite is required
Attention to Detail – Meticulous with content accuracy, brand consistency and campaign execution
Collaborative Mindset – Works well with internal teams and external partners to bring ideas to life
Proactive Attitude – Eager to learn, take initiative, and contribute to a fast-paced, growing business
Preferred:
WSET II – or equivalent wine knowledge
Basic Graphic Design Skills – Ability to use tools like Canva, Adobe Express, or similar for quick-turn creative assets
CRM or Email Marketing Platform Knowledge – Exposure to platforms like Mailchimp, HubSpot, or similar
Event Coordination Experience – Involvement in trade shows, tastings, or promotional events
Analytical Mindset – Comfortable interpreting campaign data and drawing insights to improve performance
