Autonomous position, globally supported

Our client is a highly innovative and dynamic international market leader in construction machinery and equipment. Driving industry benchmarks, this impressive global brand is represented by a worldwide sales, dealer, retail and service partner network whilst focusing on the success of all customers.

Closely collaborating with and reporting to the Marketing Manager, this rare and exciting career opportunity will facilitate all essential brand building & market share growth activities including trade, event & digital marketing and marketing collateral design.

Key areas of responsibility will include;

In adherence to global guidelines, assist with the creation of various corporate identity & digital marketing assets including print, digital, POS, flyers & newsletters (Evalanche)

Assist with managing & creating content for social media activities

Liaise with external suppliers including printers and agencies

Support event organisation, trade shows and promotional activities

Assist with New Product Introduction process (Marketing) ensuring successful product launches

As required, undertake market and competitor analysis

Maintain marketing databases and track campaign performance

Attend national & international (via video conferencing) marketing & product meetings

Other adhoc marketing projects

The critical personality and general competency traits driving your success in this position include sound communication skills (verbal & written), a strong attention to details, a logical and lateral thinking mindset, an engaging team player and demonstrating an enthusiastic, hands on and results driven style. You are also a person who seeks to learn continuously and take pride in the organisation you represent whilst ensuring confidentiality is maintained when required.

Due to internationally located operations & colleagues, some after-hours work to attend team meetings will be expected.

General competency with MS Office including Outlook, PowerPoint, Word and intermediate to advanced Excel skills is essential. Professional working experience with Adobe Creative Cloud and the management of websites is expected.

You will possess a full & current driver's licence. A First Aid certificate or willingness to obtain is expected.
