Real Estate Training Solutions (RETS) is a Registered Training Organisation (RTO) delivering property training in NSW for over 20 years. We train a range of nationally recognised property courses in the areas of real estate and strata.
We are looking for a full time, motivated Student Support Officer to join our friendly and supportive team.
Key responsibilities:
First point of contact on phone system
Provide high levels of customer service support to our clients
Processing enrolment documentation with accuracy
Assist with the maintenance of the Learning Management System
Provide general administrative support to staff as required
Maintaining relationships and responding to student, trainers and other external clients
Prepare, collate and distribute documents as needed
Administrative duties relating to the support and progress of students through to completion
Key selection criteria
Minimum 2 years’ experience in administration
Experience working in the Real Estate and/or Vocational Education and Training system (not essential but preferred)
Demonstrated behaviours that align with RETS values and a positive ‘can do’ attitude
Excellent communication and time management skills
Excellent attention to detail
Can work independently and in a team environment
Vast computer skills and ability to utilise the full range of Microsoft Office products
