Full-Time Position – Queensland Landscape Builders, Brisbane & South East Queensland

Position Overview:

We're seeking experienced structural landscapers and qualified trades professionals—such as landscapers, carpenters and block layers—to join our dynamic team and contribute to a wide range of engaging projects throughout Brisbane and South East Queensland.

Queensland Landscape Builders are the total landscape specialists, undertaking projects across the entire landscaping spectrum—from hardscape to softscape. No two days are alike, and while you're not expected to know everything, you'll be part of a collaborative team where your unique skills are valued and you'll have genuine opportunities to expand your expertise and learn new techniques.

Our Projects Include:

· Construction and installation of timber, concrete, and composite retaining walls

· Building raised garden beds and decking

· Concrete and paving works

· Installation of real and synthetic turf

· Assembly of playgrounds and other outdoor equipment

· Planting trees, shrubs, and creating garden landscapes

· Installation of irrigation and drainage systems

Key Responsibilities

· Work with a range of materials including timber, brick, concrete, and stone

· Demonstrate openness to learning new skills, materials, and construction techniques

· Adhere to stringent safety standards and procedures for all tools, equipment, and machinery

· Deliver consistently high-quality workmanship with attention to detail and professionalism

· Maintain productivity by working efficiently and supporting team goals

· Collaborate to ensure timely and budget-conscious project delivery

· Travel to sites across Brisbane and South East Qld as required

About You

· Proven experience in structural landscaping or similar construction roles

· Minimum 3-5 years of structural landscaping experience required

· Relevant qualifications in Landscaping, Horticulture, Carpentry, Bricklaying, or related fields are highly regarded

· Must hold any related trade certificate as formal qualification is essential for this position

· Any construction trade certificate is required for this position

· Formal qualifications in landscaping, carpentry, or related trades are mandatory

· Must hold any related trade certificate as formal qualification is essential for this position

· Competence with timber, brick, stone, and other landscaping materials

· Strong knowledge of outdoor construction and installation methods

· Demonstrated pride in your work and a commitment to getting the job done right

· Ability to work autonomously and collaboratively

· Keen eye for detail and passion for delivering quality results

· Strict adherence to safety protocols, industry standards, and company procedures

· Current Australian driver's licence

· Valid right to work in Australia
