Southern Cross Atrium Apartments are seeking a reliable and motivated Full Time Groundsman to join our team. This hands-on role is responsible for ensuring our property and facilities are well-maintained, clean, and welcoming for all residents and guests.

Key Duties & Responsibilities:

Care and maintenance of swimming pools and spas

Upkeep of gardens, lawns, and landscaped areas

Cleaning and maintaining BBQ facilities and outdoor seating areas

General cleaning of public areas to a high standard

Basic handyman duties, including maintenance of sprinkler and irrigation systems

Assisting with minor repairs and reporting any maintenance issues promptly

Requirements:

Previous experience in grounds, pool, or property maintenance preferred

Ability to use garden and maintenance equipment safely and effectively

Some handyman skills and practical problem-solving ability

Strong attention to detail and pride in maintaining a clean, safe environment

Physically fit and able to work outdoors in varying conditions

Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently as well as part of a team
