We focus on the supply, fabrication and installation of various facade materials. Our goal is to deliver exceptional outcomes in facade cladding to our clients. Our customers include some of Australia’s largest construction contractors, niche builders and apartment building owners.

What you'll be doing
As an Estimator and project team member, you will need to work closely with clients, project teams and other ACS team members to ensure accurate and timely estimation and quoting of projects.

Reviewing project plans, specifications, and other documentation to prepare detailed cost and quantity estimates

Engaging with clients on tender specific and scope issues and with suppliers and subcontractors to obtain accurate pricing information

Preparing comprehensive, detailed estimates for both quantity and cost

As part of the project team. support of projects to keep job sites running smoothly - getting quotes, ordering, variations, scope of works etc

Collaborating with the project and management team to identify cost-saving opportunities and ensure the accuracy of estimates

Maintaining and updating our estimating database and systems to improve efficiency and accuracy

Providing support and guidance to the sales team throughout the bidding process

What we're looking for

Experience as an Estimator within the building sector, preferably in the cladding or facade industry

Strong understanding of construction materials, methods, and pricing structures

Proficiency in using estimating software and spreadsheet applications

Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and mitigate risks

Strong communication and negotiation skills

A keen eye for detail and a commitment to accuracy and precision

A positive attitude and the ability to work as part of a compact team.
