The Role
We’re looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Estimator / Project Manager to join our team. This is a pivotal role that bridges the gap between site and office, ensuring projects are accurately costed, well-planned, and smoothly delivered.

Key Responsibilities

Prepare accurate estimates and quotes for carpentry and building projects

Liaise with clients, suppliers, and subcontractors

Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources

Coordinate with site teams to ensure quality and compliance

Assist with procurement and scheduling

Contribute to continuous improvement of systems and processes

What We’re Looking For

Experience in carpentry, construction, or project management

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to read and interpret plans and specifications

Proficiency with estimating software (Buildxact experience a plus)

A team player who’s proactive and solutions-focused
