About the role

We are seeking a skilled and professional Receptionist to join our dynamic team at Think Water's Alice Springs branch. As the first point of contact for our valued customers, this full-time role is crucial in providing exceptional customer service and supporting the overall operations of our business. Based in the heart of Alice Springs, you will play a pivotal part in creating a positive brand experience for all who interact with our company.

What you'll be doing

Greet and welcome all visitors and customers in a friendly and courteous manner

Manage incoming phone calls, emails, and correspondence, providing prompt and efficient assistance

Maintain a professional and organised reception area, ensuring it is well-presented at all times

Provide administrative support to the broader team, including data entry, filing, and other clerical duties

Assist with the coordination of meetings, appointments, and schedules

Contribute to a positive and collaborative work environment

What we're looking for

Previous experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a reception or administrative capacity

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with a diverse range of stakeholders

Strong organisational skills and attention to detail

Proficient in using various office software, including Microsoft Office suite

Proficient in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook), multi-line phone systems, and basic data entry with good typing accuracy

A friendly, professional, and adaptable approach to work

Reliable and punctual with a commitment to providing high-quality service

Minimum 1-2 years of customer service experience, with reception or front desk experience preferred

Australian work rights (citizenship, permanent residency, or valid work visa)
