Permanent roles: $60,000 - $65,000 per annum + Superannuation

Your new company

Your new role

• Answer and direct phone calls and emails
  
• Greet and assist visitors with professionalism and warmth.
  
• Maintain front-of-house presentation and supplies
  
• Support administrative tasks including filing, data entry, and scheduling
  
• Liaise with internal teams and external stakeholders
  
• Assist with incoming/outgoing mail and courier coordination
  

What you'll need to succeed

• Previous experience in reception or customer service roles
  
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  
• Strong organisational and multitasking abilities
  
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  
• A friendly, proactive attitude and commitment to community values
  
• Experience in the not-for-profit or health/community sector (desirable but not essential)
