The Role

We are seeking an ambitious and motivated young IT professional with strong C#/.NET development and IT support skills to support both our clients and internal projects. This is a South Brisbane–based role. You will work directly with clients on-site and remotely in Brisbane, Gold Coast, and Perth.

Providing IT support and management, including:

Helpdesk support (business hours)

End-user device support (setup, config, maintenance for laptops, desktops, mobiles)

Google Workspace & Microsoft 365 administration (users, permissions, access control etc)

WiFi and network security

System monitoring & patch management (devices, endpoints, updates, proactive maintenance)

Security & compliance monitoring (MFA, antivirus, governance controls)

Backup and data protection oversight through a licensed platform

Vendor and platform coordination

Supporting software development in C#/.NET, with exposure to other programming languages

Contributing to internal tool and system development

Delivering secure, reliable, and client-focused solutions

Essential Skills & Experience

Young, passionate, ambitious, and hungry to prove yourself

Based in Logan or the surrounding areas and available for regular on-site work if required

Hands-on experience with C# and the .NET framework

Strong knowledge of IT support and systems administration, including:

WiFi and network security

Google Workspace & Microsoft 365

IT strategy, system monitoring, and patch management

End-user device support

Backup and data protection

Security & compliance monitoring

Strong problem-solving and independent working ability

Excellent communication skills and client-focused mindset

Commitment to quality assurance and reliable service delivery

Valuable Exposure (not essential but highly regarded)

Experience with CRMs and workflow automation tools

Familiarity with modern web technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Node, React, Vue)

Experience with programming languages such as Java, Python, Ruby on Rails

Exposure to working with LLMs via APIs (e.g. OpenAI, Claude)

Exposure to cloud platforms (Google Cloud, Azure, AWS)

Knowledge of automation or scripting for IT tasks

Understanding of modern development practices (Git, CI/CD)

Salary

💰 Full-time: $60,000 – $75,000/year + Super + Bonuses + Potential future shares (depending on skills and experience)
🕒 Part-time option also available
