About the Role
We’re looking for a dynamic Senior Software Developer to join our Dev team.

You’ll work closely with internal and external stakeholders to:

Build new features and maintain existing applications

Partake in code review and mentor junior developers

Assist with architecture design

What you will bring

Expert-level proficiency in C#.Net and at least one Javascript framework

Adaptable: While the primary stack is C#.Net + VueJs + SQL server, the ideal candidate will be comfortable switching technologies as needed and focuses on the solution over the stack, taking advantage of newer methods of ramping up and developing software quickly and effectively, using modern AI tools, for example

Devops-experienced: The chosen candidate must have experience with setting up and maintaining devops pipelines across multiple deployment environments using containerisation in Linux environments. Cloud architecture experience, especially with Azure, is a bonus.

Excellent and proven communication skills: They should have experience translating rough requirements into well-architected solutions by asking the right questions of stakeholders and eliminating scope for misinterpretation

Has proven experience with every step of the SDLC in an Agile environment. Scoping discussions -> Requirements Gathering -> System Architecture -> Development & Testing -> UAT + deployment -> support

Exhibits continuous learning: Experienced in the latest software design methodologies and patterns, and endeavours to keep themselves updated with the latest happenings in the tech world

Bonus: Experience in the telecommunications sector.

Bonus: Emphasis on documentation: We're looking for a documentation veteran who understands what high quality documentation looks like and the benefits it has.

Bonus: Has experience mentoring other developers and training them.

Bonus: Policy & Procedure driven: They should be familiar with following repeatable processes to ensure auditability, tracking and appropriate oversight of changes.
