This is a hands-on role ideal for someone with a strong work ethic and a keen eye for detail, looking to grow within a supportive and innovative environment.

About the Role:

• Focus on fibreglass repairs and mould maintenance.
• Operate hand and power tools to shape, trim, and finish fibreglass components.
• Perform minor spray applications and painted surface detailing.
• Work in a fast-paced production environment with a focus on quality and safety.
• Collaborate with a team of experienced technicians and tradespeople.
• Maintain a clean and organised workspace.

About you:

• Must have valid drivers licence and reliable transport
• Must be able to pass drug and alcohol testing
• Previous experience in fibreglass work, car body repairs, or similar trades
• Skills in spray painting and surface detailing highly regarded.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Reliable, punctual, and safety-conscious.
