Senior Diesel/Agricultural Technician – Wee Waa

About the Role
Kenway & Clark is looking for an experienced and qualified Technician to join our Wee Waa branch. You’ll take ownership of diagnosing, servicing, and preparing Case IH machinery for delivery, while mentoring apprentices and working in a supportive, team-focused environment.

Our workshop is rebuilding, and we’re looking for a senior technician who wants to step in and make a real difference. This is a place where your skills are recognised, your ideas matter, and you can help shape the team culture - you won’t just be a number.

You’ll also have the backing of our wider network of experienced technicians to provide support while you help build and lead the Wee Waa team.

What you’ll be doing

Service, diagnose, and repair Case IH and Case Construction machinery in the field and workshop.

Provide trusted technical advice to customers.

Lead by example – mentor apprentices while performing high-level technical work.

Keep local farms running smoothly, especially during peak seasons.
