Ave Maria is a NDIS registered organisation based in Illawarra & Shoalhaven. Managing Supported Independent living and SDA Properties, in-home care and Community Participation support. We are looking for a passionate, dedicated Service Manager to lead a group of Team Leaders and a caseload of Clients & Properties to ensure high quality care across our service.

In this role you will;
Provides person-centred support to a caseload of NDIS Participants and properties
Respond to concerns and complaints and incidents in conjunction with relevant internal/external stakeholders
Act as an escalation point for Team Leaders, providing support, guidance and coaching
Lead complex negotiations & communication with a broad range of stakeholders
Ensure client care plans, support plan & NDIS Goals are current and reflective of Participant needs.
Management of behaviour support plans, including scheduling training, support and guidance for staff
Your Experience and Skills:
Tertiary qualifications in social work, community services, health, disability, or related fields. Ideally, a minimum of IV in Disability and/or specific mental health or disability professional development
Excellent stakeholder engagement skills with the ability to communicate at a variety of levels
Experience and knowledge in the field of community services, with high level competencies in areas of psycho-social complex behaviour management and/or high medical needs.
Knowledge of NDIS Practice Standards and quality and safeguarding
Demonstrated experience in leadership, mentoring and driving high performance standards
Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office suite, CRMs and Rostering software with the ability to interpret data, write professional reports
NDIS workers screening check, (WWCC),1st Aid and CPR certification essential
Valid Australia’s Drivers' License & own insured vehicle, travel essential
