About the Company

About the Role

The Territory Manager will be responsible for expanding our client’s footprint by growing sales and building trusted relationships with growers, agronomists, and distribution partners. This role combines sales strategy, agronomic support, and collaboration with agents to drive uptake of innovative products.

Main Responsibilities

Achieve and exceed territory sales targets

Build and maintain long-term relationships with growers and distributors

Provide agronomic support and insights to maximise client productivity

Conduct grower trials and use data to inform product use and sales opportunities

Maintain accurate CRM records and manage pipeline effectively

Education / Experience / Skills

Desirable – Qualification in Agriculture, Science or related field

Strong sales and customer support experience within agriculture

Ability to identify opportunities and present clear ROI-driven solutions

Confident communicator with strong stakeholder and negotiation skills
