Display Centre Host – Bankside

Location: Bankside Display Centre
Hours: Saturday & Sunday, 11am – 5pm
Pay: $30+ per hour
Type: Casual Employment

About the Role

We are seeking an enthusiastic and well-presented Display Centre Host to join our team at Beachwood Homes. This is an exciting front-of-house role where you will be the first point of contact for visitors, ensuring a welcoming and professional experience.

Your role is to create a memorable first impression, build rapport with prospective purchasers, and smoothly transition them to our Sales Consultants. You will also assist the team with light administration and ensure our display homes are presented at their very best.

Key Responsibilities

Provide a warm welcome and deliver an exceptional first impression to visitors.

Build rapport with prospective clients while they explore the display home.

Collect and record visitor details accurately for follow-up by the Sales team.

Transition prospective purchasers to the Sales Consultant in a seamless manner.

Maintain presentation standards of the display home (internal & external) and report any maintenance requirements.

Monitor and restock brochures and marketing materials.

Assist with basic administrative duties as requested.

What We’re Looking For

Outstanding personal presentation and confident communication skills.

A natural people-person who enjoys engaging with customers.

Positive, proactive, and professional attitude.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Basic computer literacy (Microsoft Office essential, CRM knowledge desirable).

Experience in residential construction, property sales, luxury retail or hospitality is advantageous, but not essential.

Training & Support

2 x paid Friday training sessions (4 hours each) available before starting, or

On-the-job training over the first few weekends.
