The successful candidate will work closely with the Property Managers assisting them with their daily tasks and ensuring a smooth handover.

The Role Will Include (but not limited to):

· Ingoing, routine and outgoing inspections

· Negotiating lease renewals and rental increases

· Preparation of lease and bond documents

· Open houses, tenant inspections and private inspections

· Tenant selection and processing applications

· Ad hoc duties as required by property management team

· Phone and email enquiries

About You:

· Current Australian Driver's Licence

· Current NSW Real Estate Certificate of Registration (preferred)

· Must be available to work on Saturday

· Real Estate Experience preferred but not required

· Immediate start to the right candidate
