About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and data-driven Google Ads Expert with proven experience in Meta Ads and Google Shopping Campaigns. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing, implementing, and optimising paid search strategies across Google and Meta platforms to drive traffic, conversions, and ROI.

Project Coordination & Communication:

Work closely with Account Managers, SEO Specialists, and clients to ensure content and outreach align with the overall strategy.

Manage multiple content calendars and project deadlines, prioritising tasks and maintaining strong attention to detail.

Handle client communication as needed, answering questions, providing updates, and gathering necessary information.

Collaborate with clients, account managers, publishers, and vendors.

Juggle multiple projects and deadlines with ease using internal tools and spreadsheets.

This is a hands-on role with plenty of variety, helping our clients grow their online visibility, all while being supported by a collaborative and experienced team.

About You

You're a strategic thinker, someone who can structure campaigns and deliver results, and manage multiple projects without missing a beat. You're passionate about all things Google and Meta that perform and eager to grow in a supportive, fast-moving digital agency.

Key Responsibilities:

Plan, create, manage, and optimise high-performing Google Ads campaigns, including:

Search

Display

YouTube

Google Shopping / Performance Max

Build and manage Meta (Facebook/Instagram) ad campaigns across various objectives (traffic, conversions, remarketing, etc.)

Conduct thorough keyword research, audience targeting, and competitive analysis

Optimise campaigns based on performance data (CTR, CPC, CPA, ROAS, etc.)

Maintain and manage Google Merchant Centre feeds, resolving disapprovals and feed errors.

Continuously A/B test ad creatives, copy, landing pages, and bidding strategies.

Track and report performance metrics using tools like Google Analytics, GA4, Google Tag Manager, and Meta Pixel.

Collaborate with design and content teams to develop effective ad creatives, with a strong knowledge of the required specifications of ad unit sizes and limitations.

Stay updated with platform changes, industry trends, and best practices.

Qualifications & Skills:

3+ years of hands-on experience with Google Ads, including Shopping and Performance Max.

Strong experience managing Meta Ads.

Proven success in eCommerce or lead-generation paid media strategies.

Proficiency with Google Merchant Centre, Google Tag Manager, and GA4.

Deep understanding of conversion tracking, attribution, and audience segmentation.

Experience with feed management tools (e.g., DataFeedWatch, Feedonomics) is a plus.

Google Ads and Meta Blueprint certifications are a plus.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Ability to manage budgets effectively and maximise ROI.

Excellent communication and reporting skills.

Preferred Tools & Platforms:

Google Ads, Google Merchant Centre, Google Analytics (GA4).

Meta Ads Manager.

Google Tag Manager.

Shopify, WooCommerce, or other eCommerce platforms (optional).

Data visualisation tools (e.g., Looker Studio).
