To get there, we need an Ecommerce Meta Ads Strategist Coach who isn’t just commercially sharp, but mission obsessed. Someone who sees each client not as a transaction, but as a human with real risk and real upside on the line.

Why This Role Matters (For You)

If you’re hungry to grow, this is your shot.

You’ll be exposed to dozens of real brands, real founders, and real challenges. You’ll run weekly 1:1 coaching calls with your portfolio of early-stage ecom brands, reviewing performance and mapping clear next steps.

You’ll teach founders how to launch, analyze, and optimize Meta ad campaigns so they’re not just buying traffic, they’re building real businesses.

You’ll review Shopify stores and help clients improve conversion rates, from on-site messaging to checkout flows.

You’ll create Loom video audits that break down complex problems into simple, actionable fixes.

You’ll keep clients accountable and moving forward through Slack, whether it’s troubleshooting a sudden ROAS dip or mapping out a new creative testing strategy.

Occasionally you’ll jump in to set up campaigns or craft content when a client needs an extra push to keep momentum.

You’ll collaborate with our internal team to share learnings, sharpen our frameworks, and keep raising the bar for client results.

But more importantly, you’ll help good people win. That’s the impact.

You Might Be a Fit If...

You have strong hands-on experience running Meta ads for ecom brands, direct experience working with Shopify either for clients or your own store, confidence digging into Shopify analytics and connecting the dots with ad performance, and a background with small businesses or startups where you understand the scrappy do what it takes mindset.

You are skilled at explaining data and digital strategy in plain language that non-marketers can run with.

You are naturally organized with the ability to juggle multiple clients and keep priorities straight.

You are collaborative and proactive, always looking for ways to deliver more value.

Bonus points if you have experience with Google Ads, TikTok Ads, or Klaviyo.

Bonus points if you have a background in coaching, mentoring, or teaching.

Bonus points if you have creative skills in writing ad copy, briefing content, or developing testing frameworks.
