About the Role

We’re on the lookout for a Digital Strategist (with a Google Ads focus) who thrives in a dynamic environment and loves turning data into results.

In this role, you’ll:

Plan, build, and optimise Google Ads & YouTube Ads campaigns.

Collaborate with our production team to bring campaigns to life with world-class creative.

Analyse performance, generate reports, and deliver insights to clients.

Suggest fresh ideas and strategies to boost brand awareness and campaign success.

Stay ahead of the latest digital trends, technologies, and best practices.

Manage all of Google's assets end-to-end and troubleshoot issues as needed.

Communicate directly with clients and internal teams to keep projects moving smoothly.

Assist our web development team with SEO strategy, implementation and optimisation.

Assist our digital team with Meta Ads.

About You

You’re someone who:

Has recent, 2+ years’ experience with Google Ads & Google Analytics.

Has worked in an agency or fast-paced environment, juggling multiple brands.

Thrives under pressure, managing multiple projects with speed and accuracy.

Has a sharp eye for detail and strong analytical skills.

Communicates confidently and builds great relationships.

Brings a positive, "YES" mindset, and is always open to learning and growing.

Bonus points if you also have experience with:

Meta Ads Manager

Email marketing campaigns

SEO
