Your responsibilities will include:

Work across a broad range of commercial and corporate matters, including commercial contracts, litigation, restructuring, capital raising, IP protection and commercialisation, regulatory advice, and M&A transactions. You must have an appetite to work across transactional and litigious matters.

Collaborate closely with a passionate and experienced team to build and grow strong client relationships.

Gain exposure to high-growth sectors such as fintech, MedTech, e-commerce, education, agriculture, and renewables.

Draft, review, and negotiate complex transactions and strategic agreements that shape the future of emerging businesses.

Play a key role in shaping our culture, and contribute to business development and marketing initiatives that support our continued growth.

What We’re Looking For

We’re after someone who’s not just technically strong, but also passionate about client relationships, contributing positively to our culture and working across a diverse range of industry sectors and work. To be considered, you must have:

At least 3 - 6 years of experience as a Commercial & Corporate Lawyer in Australia

Strong drafting and negotiation capabilities, with a proven ability to handle commercial contracts and corporate documents with precision

Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal – you’re a clear thinker, confident speaker, and effective writer

A personable, polished approach with a strong client-first mindset and the ability to build meaningful relationships

A proactive, collaborative attitude, and a genuine desire to be part of building something innovative within the legal industry

Familiarity with the Australian startup ecosystem is a bonus, but not essential
