The Role:

This role is pivotal in meeting our commitment to deliver great outcomes for our clients, as well as building on our reputation as industry leaders in the pharmacy space. The role will also look beyond pharmacy and support growth into other industries.

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Lawyer to join our dynamic team. You will provide expert legal advice, support complex transactions, and ensure compliance with industry regulations. This role is pivotal in maintaining our reputation as industry leaders in the pharmacy space and, supporting growth into other industries. A genuine focus on delivering great customer outcomes is a minimum requirement for this role.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist with the overall strategy of the business.
• Provide legal counsel on a range of business and commercial matters.
• Draft, review, and negotiate contracts and agreements.
• Prepare and submit regulatory application on behalf of clients.
• Support business transactions and mergers/acquisitions.
• Advise on risk management and dispute resolution.

About You:

• Qualified Lawyer with a current practicing certificate.
• Five years’ experience in business and commercial law.
• Strong understanding of the legal aspects of pharmacy transactions.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and analytical skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
