The Role
We are seeking a Graduate Lawyer (or soon-to-be graduate) to join our growing team and undertake supervised legal practice in Victoria. This is a unique opportunity to be part of a new and agile practice, where you will work directly with experienced practitioners and gain hands-on exposure to complex, high value matters from day one.

Key Responsibilities

Assist in the preparation of drafting legal documents

Conduct legal research and provide supervised written advice

Attend client meetings and liaise with stakeholders

Support the delivery of matters in capital raising, property, commercial transactions, and Indigenous law

Contribute to the firm’s quality and ongoing development in system administration.

About You
You are:

A law graduate (or in your final year of study) eligible to undertake supervised legal practice in Victoria

A strong communicator with excellent drafting and research skills

Highly motivated, organised and able to work independently

Interested in start-ups, business, and commercial law

Someone who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
