With a reputation for working on complex, high-profile matters, this award-winning firm continues to disrupt the traditional legal landscape, and they’re now seeking a Paralegal / Senior Legal Executive Assistant to join their collaborative Personal Injury team in Parramatta.
About the Role
This is a part-time position offering strong career development and the opportunity to work alongside a high-performing, down-to-earth team with excellent staff retention. You will provide vital support to Partners and fee earners across a variety of client matters and be a central part of a collegiate and genuinely supportive working environment.
This role would suit an experienced Senior Legal EA or Paralegal with strong personal injury or litigation experience, looking for a new challenge and a team that values capability, initiative, and professionalism.
Key Responsibilities
Managing client files (electronic and hard copy)
Diary and email management for multiple authors
Coordinating internal and external meetings
Drafting and amending legal documents and correspondence
Assisting with client database management
Managing domestic and international travel arrangements
Monthly billing and reconciliation of corporate expenses
Handling client reporting requirements and document mark-ups
Monitoring calls and managing communication flow
What You Need
Prior experience as a Legal EA or Paralegal in Personal Injury or Litigation
Strong organisational and time-management skills
High attention to detail and ability to prioritise competing deadlines
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Solid proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
A proactive, adaptable, and team-oriented mindset
