The Role

Seeking a highly-organised and motivated Conveyancer/Property Paralegal to join a Doyle's guide recognised Partner and their team. Work on a variety of matters across multiple jurisdictions, including residential, commercial, high-end developments and off the plan.

Duties

• Handle a wide range of conveyancing matters from open to completion
• Obtain instructions from clients
• Review and prepare Contracts of Sale, and submit all necessary documents
• Attend to all settlement completion processes
• Maintain and oversee organisation of matters to ensure smooth transaction processes

Skills & Experience

• Up-to-date experience as a Conveyancer or Property Paralegal
• Strong team player with excellent attention to detail and organisation skills
• Ability to remain calm in fast-paced environment and manage competing priorities
• A people-person who can adapt to a collaborative national team
