What is the role?

As a Paralegal within the Real Estate team, you will play an integral role in supporting lawyers across a wide range of property matters. Reporting to the Senior Licensed Conveyancer, your responsibilities will include:

• Manage property files from instruction through to settlement, ensuring seamless end-to-end support;
• Draft and prepare contracts for sale, settlement figures, correspondence, and a range of property documentation;
• Maintain and organise client files throughout the conveyancing process with accurate data entry and tracking;
• Use PEXA to manage workflow, process data, and complete electronic settlements and lodgements; and
• Conduct and review property searches, land title checks, and due diligence documentation.

What are we looking for?

• 1 year of experience in a Legal Assistant;
• Strong attention to detail and confidence managing competing priorities;
• Proactive mindset, willingness to learn, and strong sense of accountability;
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills; and
• Collaborative mindset and a desire to contribute to a supportive, team-oriented culture.
