Location: Arlo Pasta and Wine Bar, Portarlington Pier, Portarlington
Employment Type: Full-time (38 hours per week, Wednesday–Sunday, lunch and dinner service)
Availability: Must be available evenings, weekends, and peak season (January)

Arlo, a vibrant pasta and wine bar overlooking the stunning Portarlington Pier, is seeking an experienced Restaurant Manager to lead our floor team and create unforgettable guest experiences. With a strong focus on our exceptional drinks offering, a passion for wine and cocktails is essential to thrive in this role.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage daily floor operations during lunch and dinner services (Wednesday–Sunday).

Deliver outstanding customer service to ensure memorable dining experiences.

Oversee and inspire the team to maintain Arlo’s high standards.

Leverage your knowledge of wine and cocktails to enhance our drinks-focused menu.

Ensure smooth operations during peak season, particularly in January.

Requirements:

Proven experience as a restaurant manager in a high-energy dining environment.

Strong leadership and team management skills.

Passion for wine, cocktails, and creating exceptional guest experiences.

Availability to work evenings, weekends, and during peak season (January).

Ability to thrive in a beachside, fast-paced setting.
