Lezzet is a renowned dining destination in Elwood, bringing together authentic flavours, modern dining experiences, and exceptional service. We are seeking a dedicated Restaurant Manager to lead our team and deliver an outstanding guest experience.

About the Role

As the Restaurant Manager, you’ll oversee the day-to-day operations of the restaurant, ensuring smooth service, high standards of hospitality, and effective team management. You will work closely with the owners and kitchen team to maintain Lezzet’s reputation as one of Melbourne’s favourite dining spots.

Key Responsibilities

Manage daily restaurant operations, including opening/closing procedures.

Lead, train, and motivate front-of-house staff to deliver exceptional customer service.

Oversee reservations, floor plans, and customer flow to maximise guest satisfaction.

Monitor and maintain food, beverage, and service quality standards.

Handle staff rostering, recruitment, and performance management.

Manage budgets, monitor costs, and ensure profitability.

Ensure compliance with health, safety, and licensing regulations.

Act as the main point of contact for guest inquiries and complaints, resolving issues professionally.

About You

Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager (or Assistant Manager ready to step up).

Strong leadership and team management skills.

Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

Sound knowledge of food, beverage, and hospitality service standards.

Ability to work evenings, weekends, and peak service hours.

Organised, proactive, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
