About the role

Join our friendly team at Cincotta Chemist Belrose as a part-time Pharmacy Assistant. In this customer-facing role, you will play a vital part in ensuring the smooth running of our local pharmacy and providing excellent service to our customers. The position is based in our conveniently located Belrose, NSW store.

What you'll be doing

Assisting our qualified pharmacists with a range of pharmacy duties, including dispensing prescriptions, stock management, and customer service

Providing friendly and helpful customer service, answering enquiries, and guiding customers to the appropriate products

Maintaining a neat and organised pharmacy environment

Handling cash and card payments accurately

Restocking shelves and checking expiry dates

Supporting the pharmacy team with administrative tasks as required

What we're looking for

Previous experience as a Pharmacy Assistant or in a customer service role within the healthcare/pharmacy industry

Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a friendly and approachable manner

Excellent attention to detail and the ability to work accurately and efficiently

Basic numeracy skills and the ability to handle cash and card transactions

A passion for providing exceptional customer service and supporting your local community

Availability to work part-time hours, including some weekends and public holidays
