John Bell Pharmacy is a rapidly growing community pharmacy that services hospitals, aged care facilities, and our local community. We’re looking for a part-time Pharmacy Assistant who can bring fresh ideas, energy, and merchandising flair to help grow our front of shop and strengthen our connection with customers.

About the Role:

Provide excellent customer service and build rapport with our valued community.

Assist with product selection, sales, and stock management.

Take ownership of merchandising and displays to attract new customers and maximise sales.

Work with the team to identify customer needs and ensure we’re offering products and services that truly matter.

Contribute new ideas and initiatives to help our pharmacy stand out.

About You:

Retail or pharmacy experience preferred, but not essential.

A keen eye for presentation and merchandising.

Outgoing, approachable, and eager to make a difference.

Proactive, with a willingness to bring new ideas to the table.

Passionate about helping people and delivering an exceptional pharmacy experience.
