About the Role:
As our Pharmacy Retail Manager, you'll be responsible for leading and motivating the front-of-shop team, ensuring exceptional customer service, and managing day-to-day retail operations. This role is perfect for someone with strong leadership skills and a passion for pharmacy retail.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee daily retail operations and ensure smooth workflow

Manage stock levels, merchandising, and product promotions

Monitor KPIs and implement strategies to drive performance
