Pharmacy Retail Manager

Chemist Outlet Wyoming is looking for a full-time/Part-time Pharmacy Retail Manager to join our enthusiastic, friendly and supportive team.

This position would also be suitable for someone looking to make the step up. Pharmacy Retail Manager will be responsible for the day-to-day management of our front-of-store, ensuring smooth operations, optimising sales, and fostering a positive and productive work environment. This is a hands-on leadership role that requires strong organisational skills, retail acumen, and a genuine commitment to customer satisfaction.

What's required:

- S2/S3 training and/or holders of Certificate II-III in Community Pharmacy.

- Minfos experience is preferred.

- Manage the Retail section of the Pharmacy, including training staff, scheduling and overseeing daily operations.

- Ensure customer's needs are met in a timely and efficient manner.

- Manage inventory and ensure that products are well stocked and appropriately priced.

- Effectively implement planograms and push monthly promotions.

- Attention to detail and the ability to maintain a presentable store.

- Effective communication with fellow team members.

- Develop and implement sales strategies to increase revenue and profitability.

Pharmacy Assistant

We are looking for a genuine, reliable and motivated Pharmacy Assistant to join our dynamic pharmacy team at Chemist Outlet Wyoming. We offer supportive team environment and opportunities for learning and growth. Competitive above award hourly rate. Pharmacy experience preferred.

As a key member of our pharmacy team, you will :

· Provide exceptional customer service and product advice

· Maintain stock levels, inventory and cleanliness of the pharmacy

· Taking prescriptions requests and general enquiries

· Contribute to a positive and collaborative team culture

Job Types: Part-time, Casual

Pay: $25.00 – $32.00 per hour

Expected hours: 10-20 per week
