Programmed is currently seeking enthusiastic Client Services Officers to join a well-established team at the Sunshine Coast Recreation Precinct, a premier sport and recreation venue that offers accommodation, sporting facilities and adventure activities for individual and group use.

As a Client Services Officer you will be a key member of the team responsible for providing exemplary customer service to residential clients and casual users from their arrival to departure.

With Multiple casual positions available:

ADHOC work which include weekends

Shifts available every day between 5am and 9pm

Duties and responsibilities will include, however are not limited to:

Providing exceptional customer service with client groups from arrival to departure, including inductions and collation of client feedback.

General operational duties including coordination of seated meals, facility preparation and emergent cleaning.

Administrative and reception duties including point of sale transactions.

Coordination of emergency and incident responses.

What we are looking for:

Previous experience in a similar role (hospitality, tourism, residential care)

Ability to complete a max of 20-25 hours with Flexibility is highly desired

Proven ability to work both autonomously and as part of a coordinated team

Positive Blue card (Paid Employment)

Current First Aid and CPR certificate (or willingness to obtain)
