The Opportunity

Play a key role in shaping electoral reform in Australia. As a Product Owner, you’ll lead the delivery of policy and digital solutions that bring new legislation to life, strengthening transparency, compliance and accountability across the political system.

What You’ll Do

Translate complex legislation into clear business and digital requirements

Own and prioritise value stream delivery across disclosure, funding, registers, compliance, enforcement and investigations

Partner with ICT, policy, legal and operational teams to deliver fit-for-purpose solutions

Represent the business in agile planning, reviews and retrospectives

Build strong stakeholder relationships and guide external vendors

About You

Proven Product Owner experience in government, regulatory or legislative reform

Skilled in interpreting legislation and shaping operational/digital solutions

Strong communicator with the ability to influence and explain complex ideas

Confident decision-maker with sound judgement in fast-paced environments

Desirable: Agile program experience, user-centred design knowledge, or subject matter expertise in electoral or regulatory domains.
