Randstad is seeking talented professionals for several temporary roles within the Australian Federal Government. These positions focus on the design and delivery of culturally safe training programs to build workforce capability and improve outcomes for First Nations people with disability.

EL1 Assistant Director - Training Package Design

This leadership role is responsible for the end-to-end design and development of all training packages. You will lead a team to create engaging and practical learning experiences that are aligned with strategic goals and embed cultural safety.

APS6 Officers

Senior Training Design Officer: This role supports the design of training packages and resources, including eLearning modules and facilitator guides. You will apply adult learning principles and collaborate with First Nations stakeholders to ensure cultural safety and relevance.

Training Facilitation Officer: You will lead the delivery of culturally safe training programs. This role involves facilitating sessions in various formats (face-to-face, virtual, blended) and collaborating with First Nations stakeholders to co-facilitate training that reflects community perspectives.

APS5 Training Coordinator

This position supports the coordination and delivery of training programs. You will manage training logistics, including scheduling and communications, and assist with the development of learning materials.

Key Candidate Requirements

All roles require demonstrated experience in training, instructional design, or a related field. A strong understanding of cultural safety and First Nations perspectives is essential.

Relevant qualifications in education, training, or human resources are desirable. A Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (TAE40122 or equivalent) is highly desirable for the EL1 and APS6 positions. Experience working with First Nations communities is highly regarded.
