New team members will be joining an experienced, collaborative team that values relationships, learning, and community.
About the Role
We are currently seeking a qualified VIT registered Early Childhood Teacher (ECT) to join our Kindergarten program, working alongside another experienced ECT and Educator in our 3–5 year old room.
You will be responsible for developing and delivering a high-quality educational program for up to 20 children, while supporting the emotional, social, and cognitive development of each child.

Your responsibilities will include:
Leading curriculum planning and implementation in line with the EYLF, VEYLDF and NQS
Building respectful relationships with children, families, and colleagues
Collaborating closely with another Kindergarten Teacher and Educator
Supporting inclusive practices, including children with additional needs
Ensuring compliance with regulations, policies, and child safety standards
About You
We are seeking a passionate, experienced and reflective educator who:
Holds a Bachelor of Early Childhood Education (or ACECQA approved equivalent)
Has a minimum of 5 years' experience working with children in a Kindergarten setting
Demonstrates strong knowledge of the EYLF, VEYLDF, NQS, NQF, Child Safe Standards and The Australian Professional Standards for Teachers
Is confident in curriculum development, observation, and documentation
Has experience working with children with additional needs
Works collaboratively in a team and values open, professional communication
Is punctual, reliable, and committed to ongoing learning
Required certifications:
VIT registration (FULL ONLY)
Mandatory Reporting and Child Protection training
Food Handling Certificate (preferred)
Sound knowledge of the EYLF, NQS, NQF, Child Safe Standards and The Australian Professional Standards for Teachers
