We're seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Commercial Analyst to support our Remote Operations team, who play a vital role in supporting service delivery across some of the most important and underserved regions in the state.

What You’ll Be Doing

•In this dynamic and rewarding role, you’ll be the backbone of our contract and financial operations, ensuring everything runs smoothly behind the scenes.

•Manage the full invoicing cycle from work orders to payments.

•Prepare budget forecasts and financial reports for the business unit.

•Prepare dashboards to provide standardised reporting of the financial position of the business unit.

•Track progress of contracts against performance matrix or KPIs.

•Maintain and circulate contract records and documentation.

What You’ll Bring

To thrive in this role, you’ll need:

•A degree in Finance, Commerce, or a related field (essential)

•Experience in financial administration tasks

•Experience with ERP systems such as Ellipse

•Intermediate skills in contract management

•Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and Power BI
