Your new role

As a Business & Process Analyst, you will play a pivotal role in bridging business needs with technology solutions. You'll work across departments to analyse current processes, identify inefficiencies, and implement improvements that enhance system usage and user experience. This role offers a unique opportunity to contribute to meaningful change in a purpose-driven environment.
Key Responsibilities:

• Analyse and improve business processes in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
• Enhance digital systems, including CRM, HR, and finance platforms.
• Deliver insights through data analysis and reporting (e.g., Power BI).
• Facilitate stakeholder workshops and gather business requirements.
• Support project tracking, reporting, and risk management.
• Provide executive-level reporting and strategic analysis.

What you'll need to succeed

Essential:

• 3+ years' experience in business analysis, working across the full project lifecycle
• Strong skills in process modelling, system analysis, and stakeholder engagement at all levels of the business
• Desirable:
  
• Experience with Power BI, Tableau, or similar tools.
• Familiarity with a variety of IT platforms such as CRMs, CMS & HCM
• Business Analysis certification (e.g., CBAP, PMI-PBA).
• Exposure to Agile/Scrum methodologies.
