Analytical Skills: Strong ability to assess systems and processes, identify inefficiencies, and develop data-driven solutions.

Process Improvement: Demonstrated experience implementing enhancements, such as client data management systems (e.g., CRM or data storage platforms), to improve efficiency and service delivery.

Change Management: Proven success in leading teams through process changes and ensuring smooth transitions.

Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with tools for process mapping, data analysis, and system optimisation, including experience with systems that enhance data accessibility and client service for large user bases.

Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with the education sector or related industries is highly desirable.

Education: A Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field is required; a Master’s degree (e.g., MBA) is a strong advantage.

Desirable Achievements: Evidence of measurable impact, such as increasing operational efficiency by 15% or more or implementing systems that serve thousands of clients, is highly valued.
