Urban Resources Pty Ltd specialises in mid sized bulk earthworks throughout the Perth and greater metropolitan area. This is complimented with the production and supply of basic raw materials from a number of well located sites around Perth. The company a operates a substantial fleet of mid-sized earthmoving equipment, to facilitate the works we undertake.

Operations include bulk earthwork projects / sand mining / contract crushing and screening / recycling.

The ideal candidate would have a strong background in bulk earthworks.

Responsibilities:

Planning, organizing, and coordinating of manpower and equipment to meet the project requirements.

Support the development and maintenance of project plans, schedules, and budgets to ensure effective resource use.

Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and site teams to help achieve quality standards, safety goals, and project milestones.

Ensure compliance with safety regulations and environmental requirements; address on-site issues as they arise.

Keep accurate project records and assist in preparing progress and compliance reports.

Complete works efficiently and to specification.

Maintain a strong and motivated site team.

Essential Criteria:

At least 5 years experience as a Project Manager or Site Supervisor in a similar environment

Strong experience in earthworks

Strong planning and organisation skills

Well-developed interpersonal skills with an ability to communicate effectively with others at all levels

Sense of urgency and ability to forecast and mitigate delays

Excellent safety and work ethics

Valid drivers licence
