RM Group is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead major industrial and infrastructure projects across Victoria.

This role offers the opportunity to deliver large-scale, iconic fit outs while also overseeing diverse works including treatment plant upgrades, showroom developments, and complex power infrastructure projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Managing end-to-end delivery of high-value industrial and commercial projects.
• Coordinating teams, subcontractors, and stakeholders to ensure on-time, on-budget outcomes.
• Driving project planning, scheduling, and reporting for multiple concurrent works.
• Overseeing compliance, safety, and quality standards across all phases of delivery.
• Building strong client relationships and representing the company on high-profile projects.

Key Requirements:

• Experience managing industrial, infrastructure, or large-scale fit out projects.
• Background in Electrical or Construction Management
• Strong leadership and communication skills to drive team performance.
• Technical understanding of treatment plants, electrical power systems, or showroom fit outs (desirable).
• Ability to balance project demands with client expectations in fast-paced environments.
