About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Project Manager with a strong background in Form, Reo, Pour (FRP) for major civil infrastructure projects across Victoria.

You will play a key leadership role in delivering high-volume concrete works on some of the state’s most high-profile infrastructure projects, including the West Gate Tunnel, North East Link, Suburban Rail Loop, Level Crossing Removal.

This is an exciting opportunity to be part of projects that are shaping Victoria’s transport future — managing complex, large-scale FRP packages including bridges, road pavements, retaining structures, tunnels, and associated civil works.

Key Responsibilities:

End-to-end management of FRP works on large civil infrastructure projects

Oversee all phases of planning, procurement, scheduling, and execution

Manage site teams, subcontractors, suppliers, and client relationships

Ensure concrete pours and structural works meet quality, safety, and design specifications

Work closely with engineers, designers, and client reps to resolve technical issues

Lead cost control, forecasting, and reporting against project milestones

Ensure strict compliance with OH&S and environmental regulations

Deliver projects safely, on time, and within budget

About You:

10+ years’ experience in project or site management within civil construction

Demonstrated experience managing large-scale FRP packages on infrastructure projects

Strong knowledge of concrete placement, formwork systems, reinforcement, curing, and QA/QC procedures

Familiarity with Victorian infrastructure specifications (MRPV, RPV, LXRP, MTIA standards)

Experience working on or with Tier 1 contractors on major transport infrastructure projects

Skilled in project scheduling software (MS Project) and cost control systems

Relevant tertiary qualifications in Civil Engineering or Construction Management

White Card, current driver’s licence, and appropriate site certifications
